Scientific and technical base

The Laboratory is equipped with modern equipment and is constantly expanding its technical capabilities; the range of the tested products and analysis complies both with the normative documents of Ukraine and with the international standards.

Testing laboratory of BASTICO UKRAINE is accredited by the National Agency for Accreditation of Ukraine, as well as by the international organization GAFTA and FOSFA.

Requirements DSTU, GOST, DSTU/ISO, ISO

National standard of work requirements for various types of inspection bodies. Designed to increase confidence in inspection bodies. This national standard can be used as a document containing requirements for accreditation, parity assessment or other evaluations.

From January 1, 2016, by the method of confirmation, the national standards of DSTU EN ISO / IEC 17020 to: 2014 «Conformity assessment were introduced. Requirements for the work of various types of inspection bodies »(ISO / IEC 17020: 2012). The international standard ISO / IEC 17020 was developed to maintain confidence in the inspection bodies. Inspection bodies conduct evaluations on behalf of private clients, their parent organizations or state authorities to provide information on the compliance of inspected objects with regulations, standards, specifications, inspection schemes or contracts.

ISO / IEC 17020 is an active international standard that defines the basic requirements for bodies conducting technical inspections of all types. It replaced the European standard EN 45004: 1995. The requirements of this standard are commonly used in accreditation of the inspection body. However, this standard is a good guide for organizing and conducting an inspection, even if no accreditation is required. In this article, a separate case of application of the standard is given during conducting of non-destructive control of welded joints of metal constructions.

Qualifications of employees and material and technical base allow testing and quality certification of goods in accordance with the requirements of DSTU, GOST, ISO, EC, USDA, as well as specifications.

 

The main condition for conducting a qualitative assessment, to which the inspection body must comply, is to ensure impartial independent examination. The procedures for ensuring this principle are not simply developed and applied, and the basis for their development is the results of a preliminary assessment of the risks of factors that may lead to bias in inspection results.
